30min Remedial or Relaxation Massage - Remedial or Relaxation Massage completed during this session, if the client is wanting Needling/Cupping or Pilates the 30min appointment is too short to include. $55
45 min Remedial or Relaxation Massage - Remedial or Relaxation Massage completed during this session, in consultation with the client and practitioner if they are wanting Dry Needling/Cupping or Pilates this can be part of the treatment. $80

2hr Remedial or Relaxation Massage - Remedial or Relaxation Massage completed during this session, in consultation with the client and practitioner if they are wanting Dry Needling/Cupping or Pilates this can be part of the treatment. $180
1hr Hot Stone Massage - Is a type of massage that incorporates the used on heated stones throughout the treatment - more of a relaxation treatment. $140

Initial Pregnancy Massage - Your first appointment will include a thorough look at your pregnancy health and discussion of treatment plan as well as your first treatment. This will all be covered in 90mins. $ 135
Regular Pregnancy Massage - Will include at the beginning of each session filling in a smaller version of the Pregnancy health history and a review of that before treatment commences. The Total session will be 75mins. $125
Dry Needling - Trigger point dry needling that can be incorporated into your Remedial Massage Treatment.
Functional Release Cupping (FRC) - Cupping performed with the suction cups that integrate dynamic and functional movement to assist change in movement restrictions with the muscles.
